Yoga helps me live in alignment with who I am and who I want to be.

Yoga is remembering our true nature, strength, love, light and honouring the shadow, the dark, the challanges.

Asana, pranayama, meditation and connection to life-force. Yoga.

how yoga works… ha, in a nutshell…..

The practice of yoga teaches us to be strong and supple, to be disciplined but flexible, it is the ultimate balancing practice, it flows deep into your bones and out into your life.

When we sit in mindfulness, thoughts can become more clear; when we make shapes and stretch our body, the body sings and sparkles; when we breathe more consciously the nervous system is soothed and nourished.

Yoga is for all phases of life, it is adaptable and accessible for all.

Come and practice in person or online. Let’s connect.

“Live in a way that encourages deep happiness in yourself and others.

You can vow to bring joy to one person in the morning and to help relieve the suffering of one person in the afternoon.

Ask yourself, Who can I make smile this morning?

This is the art of creating happiness.”
