Throughout the course, you will discover the foundational principles of yoga, including basic poses, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that set the stage for your journey. You will learn the importance of core strength and stability, embrace the joy of flexibility, balance, connection and flow in your body and mind.
My hope is that this short course empowers you to move more confidently on and off your mat, that you feel more grounded and centred and cultivate a sense of joy and compassion for yourself and others.
Each 45 minute session will include movement, breathwork and meditation, creating a holistic experience that nurtures your body, mind and spirit.
